Colorado Clerk's Association Winter Conference

Dr. Mathews will be facilitating a hands-on workshop on change management through the BUILD model, focused on turning change from a disruptive event into a disciplined, people-centered practice. This session will also include introduction to the use of models and frameworks for frontline development to assist leaders with translating complex expectations into clear, teachable skills and with the foundation to help staff apply consistent approaches under real-world pressure.
